Cura has established manufacturing of Ultimine™ line since 2018. The process facility is registered with the FDA.
Our production has been certified according to cGMP 21CFR117 and FSMA 21CFR111 by NSF International.

 

 

   
   
   
 



The basic steps in manufacturing are shown below.


Koji culture (Aspergillus oryzae) is grown on rice as a starter and then grown in mineral rich media in large scale fermentation facilities.

Other certifications of the production and products include Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher and Halal

 

There is no use of soy, wheat or dairy products as ingredients.


Ingredients are delivered as inactive Koji biomass in 25-kg drums.
